This page describes the text-message feature inside ClientManager, the business-management platform from REYESCO, LLC for any business with clients, and how a contact's number gets used.
ClientManager is a platform any business with clients uses to run their business — leads, projects, clients, vendors, and staff. When someone writes a message tied to a project, they can send it as a text directly to the client, vendor, or employee it concerns, instead of (or alongside) email — the same way a call or a written note would keep that person updated.
A phone number is only used here after the person it belongs to — a client or vendor the company already has a real business relationship with — has been asked directly, verbally or in writing, whether they'd like to receive text updates about their project, and has said yes. Only then does staff check a "Consented to SMS" box on that person's record in ClientManager.
That checkbox is not just a note for our own records — it is a hard technical gate. Every contact's consent status is stored as its own field, defaulted to off for every new contact. When ClientManager sends a text, it builds the list of eligible recipients by filtering directly on that field: a contact whose box isn't checked is never included in that list, full stop — not flagged, not warned about, structurally excluded from the send. Checking the box is the only way a number becomes reachable by this program, and unchecking it (or never checking it) makes that number permanently unreachable until someone affirmatively opts back in. No number is purchased, scraped, or imported from any outside list, and this is not a marketing or cold-outreach program.
The exact wording staff use when asking:
“Would you like to get text message updates from [company name] about your project — things like scheduling, status and questions? Message frequency varies by how active your project is. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.”
Staff record the answer on the contact’s record. A “no”, or no answer, leaves the box unchecked, and an unchecked box means the number is unreachable by this program.

Hi Sarah — your appointment for the 142 Oak St project is scheduled for Thursday at 9am. Let us know if that doesn't work. — Reyesco
Messages are sent only when a staff member composes and sends one about a specific project — this is not a recurring or scheduled program. Volume varies by how active a given project is, but stays low relative to typical bulk-messaging services. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
A phone number collected for this program is used only to send that person messages about their own project, and is never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Reply STOP at any time to a message from this program to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for support, or contact us directly below.
