This Privacy Policy explains how REYESCO, LLC ("REYESCO," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ClientManager and our other software-as-a-service products (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Account information - name, email address, phone number, and login credentials for people your organization creates as users.
Business data you enter - client, project, estimate, service request, and other records you or your organization input into the Services.
Billing information - if you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.
Usage and log data - basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access times, used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies - we use a session/authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
To authenticate users and secure accounts.
To process subscription billing and send related notices.
To send service-related communications (e.g. password resets, appointment/service notifications you configure).
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or your organization's business data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Services, each of whom processes data only as needed to perform their function on our behalf:

Stripe - payment processing for subscriptions.
Resend - transactional email delivery.
Cloud database and application hosting providers.
SMS/notification providers, where your organization has enabled text message features - see our SMS Consent & Program Terms for how consent and opt-out work.

4. Demo and Trial Environments

If you use a demo, trial, or evaluation environment, any data you enter there exists only within that demo environment. Demo data is not migrated, copied, or transferred to a production/subscribed account if or when you subscribe to the Services. Demo environments may be reset or deleted at any time without notice.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your organization's data for as long as your subscription is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the information below, subject to reasonable verification and any records we are legally required to retain.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
